July 22nd - BOBA SALE!
Come check out our booth THIS COMING THURSDAY for BOBA! It's a nice refreshment after classes, plus it's a nice chance to just hang out with friends when you're bored~!

August 11th - OC Fair!
Don't forget to join us at the OC Fair! Bring a school supply item valued $3 or more for free admission and one free ride! It'll be a day of fun! If there are any questions, direct them to Tsyria at communityoutreach@cauci.com!

September 19th - Light the Night!
This community outreach event is at Angel Stadium! How exciting! The Light the Night Walk benifits the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, so make sure to mark your calendars for this event! Sports!
Remember to come out and support our sports games! Volleyball : Tuesday at 7pm! There WILL be practice on Monday at 6pm in the ARC! Basketball : Wednesday at 8pm!

New Details and a New SECRETARY!

2010-2011 Secretary?!
You're secretary for the 2010-2011 School Year is....*drumroll*....Josh Huang! Whooo! So now you know all your board members for the next year! How exciting!

Basketball Practice and Volleyball Game News!
Summer Men's Basketball practice will be on TUESDAY (7/13) this week at 6PM on the VDC basketball courts! Also, come out and support both of our summer sports! Volleyball has a double header this Tuesday starting at 7, and Basketball has a match at 8pm on Wednesday! If you are interested at all in playing for either of our summer sports (basketball and volleyball), please contact our sports coord, Chris, at sports@cauci.com!

Culture Night Scripts!
Still working on those Culture Night scripts, right? Well, the due date has been set to August 29th! Make sure to get those ideas and scripts in before that deadline! Remember to add scripts as an attachment that does not include your name (we want to keep things anonymous!) in an e-mail to our Culture Chair, Richard, at culturenight@cauci.com!

Ski Trip Videos!
If you have any videos from ski trip, please let our president, Mike, know by shooting him an e-mail at president@cauci.com! Note: You don't need to send him the actual videos, just an e-mail saying that you have footage from last year's Ski Trip!

Sports Games!
Come support your fellow CA members as they compete in Basketball and Volleyball! Game times are...
Volleyball : Every Tuesday at 7pm, starting from July 6th NOTE: We ended up getting a by on the 6th instead, so first game will be on July 13th!
Men's Basketball : Every Wednesday, 7pm - 8pm starting from July 7th!

Culture Night!
Here's a message from your super awesome culture chair!
This year marks the beginning of the 25th anniversary of Chinese Association's Culture Night and it is going to be legend... wait for it… dary! Anywho we are already looking and brainstorming ideas for this year's show. So, if you have any ideas for the story line or have an imaginative and creative mind, write a script for Culture Night and watch your production be the talk of the year :D! The sooner the script is made, the sooner we can plan, so get them in! Email any scripts, ideas, or questions to me, your cultural chair, at culturenight@cauci.com. Also, please make sure that your ideas and scripts are attached instead of within the e-mail and that your name isn't in the attachment, thank you!
